Benjamin's stage 2 breast cancer treatment fund
Benjamin is facing stage 2 breast cancer and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Benjamin was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer in July. The oncology team at Mobile Regional Medical Center has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in September. He will be away from work for about 7 weeks.
Benjamin is 28, worked as a shop owner until July, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Mobile Regional Medical Center 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $5,050 goes:
• Household costs while unable to work: $2,150
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $640
• Transport to Mobile Regional Medical Center: $530
• Scans and lab work: $1,730
