I have worked as a call-centre agent for 9 years, and I'm 37. After the factory closing, I decided to move into UX design, and I have completed a self-study course with a project portfolio. What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my interview answers, a realistic view of the job market in Madrid, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
