Barış needs a guide into renewable energy - monthly calls
A mentor in renewable energy could help Barış with a portfolio, interviews and first-job strategy.

I have worked as a warehouse supervisor for 7 years, and I'm 32. After the factory closing, I decided to move into renewable energy, and I have completed an online certificate.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in Istanbul, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
Glad we found this place.

Thinking of you and your family, Barış. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. God bless.
this could happen to any of us. Thinking of Kadıköy.
Sending love, Barış. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Put this on a community board in Miami this morning.
