Back to business - Sebastião's comeback in Maringá
Sebastião lost a commercial oven to a break-in and needs $1,000 to reopen a neighborhood bakery and support the family.

For twelve years I have run a neighborhood bakery in Maringá. In August, a break-in took a commercial oven. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Saturday, and I employed 3 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 4 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $1,000 goes:
• Replacing a commercial oven: $370
• Initial stock: flour, butter and sugar: $260
• Shop repairs and licensing: $140
• Working capital for the first month: $230
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Sending good thoughts, Sebastião. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. God bless.
Wishing you peace. It takes guts to ask. Well done. I hope November is when things finally get easier. Blessings.
Praying for you, Sebastião. This could happen to any of us. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Love from Messina.
