Back to business - Jin-ah's comeback in Jacksonville
A neighborhood bakery in Jacksonville needs help replacing a commercial oven after the demolition of the market.
🇺🇸 Jacksonville, Florida, United States1,706 views
For four years I have run a neighborhood bakery in Jacksonville. In October, the demolition of the market took a commercial oven. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Thursday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 4 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $3,900 goes:
• Replacing a commercial oven: $2,000
• Initial stock: flour, butter and sugar: $550
• Shop repairs and licensing: $710
• Working capital for the first month: $640
I hope life is good to you.

Praying for you. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. Sent it to 4 people at work. Thinking of Jacksonville.
Wishing you peace, Jin-ah. Shared this with my family. I went through something like this 7 years ago and strangers helped me out. Blessings.
