Back on our feet: Faith and twin daughters in Jinja
A single father in Jinja needs help with childcare, groceries and rent while Faith retrains.

After a long illness in March, I'm now raising twin daughters on my own. I work as a retail cashier, but my income doesn't cover rent, childcare and groceries.
I'm retraining as a teaching assistant in the evenings, which will triple my income by May, but I need to bridge the gap until then.
Some weeks I skip meals so my children can eat. I have never asked anyone for help like this before, and I'm doing it for them.
Once I finish my course, I'll pay it forward.
Every cent is accounted for. I'll share a simple monthly breakdown.
Where the $350 goes:
• Rent top-up: $135
• Course fees and exam costs: $110
• Groceries and school meals: $105
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

can I help in a way that isn't money? I'm near Jinja.
Thank you. If you're in Jinja I'll say if something practical comes up. For now sharing this is great. Appreciate you taking the time.
Good luck, Faith. Rent stress is the worst. Hope this helps. All the best.
