I'm Aylin, 16, in Form 6. My parents work long hours and didn't go to university, so there's no one at home who can help me understand applications, deadlines or financial aid. I'd like to study architecture.
I have a 3.7 average, I volunteer at my mosque and I have a draft of my personal statement. What I need is someone to read my essays, tell me honestly what's weak, and explain how scholarships work.
I'm looking for an hour a week until February. We can do it by video from anywhere. My mother will be at home during every call, and the school counselor knows about this request.
Thanks for reading. It took me a long time to ask.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

take care. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Love from Incheon.
Good luck. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Greetings from Mumbai.
Hope things get better soon. Your post was clear and honest. I went through something like this 5 years ago and strangers helped me out
