Autumn needs a guide into teaching - monthly calls
Seeking an experienced teaching professional for guidance on the transition from stay-at-home parent.
Anywhere in the world224 views
I have worked as a stay-at-home parent for 17 years, and I'm 45. After years of wanting more, I decided to move into teaching, and I have completed a part-time diploma.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my CV and LinkedIn profile, a realistic view of the job market in England, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
Glad we found this place.

Thinking of you and your family, Autumn. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up.
Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Thinking of Birmingham.
Hope it all works out, Autumn. Hope you make a strong comeback. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double.
Sending good thoughts, Autumn. Hope this works out for you. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Love from Kaduna.
