Arabic interpreter for Beatrice's hospital appointment in Mombasa

I'm Imani. Beatrice is an elderly neighbor of mine, and speaks Arabic but little English. We have a first appointment at the clinic on Wednesday in Mombasa and the hospital's interpreter service has a long wait. Someone who could come for about an hour, translate what the doctor says and what Beatrice wants to ask, would make this so much less frightening. We can pay for your transport and a coffee.
