I'm launching a photography studio in Chennai next April. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a photography studio, willing to have a monthly call for the first four months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
Glad we found this place.

Hope this works out for you. My cousin had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Take care
Thinking of you and your family, Apurva. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. Don't be hard on yourself for asking.
