Anushka's final semester of an agriculture degree in Mumbai

Anushka is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying an agriculture degree at Mumbai University, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $400. The registrar has said Anushka can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Anushka has a 3.9 average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Anushka would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Anushka isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Mumbai University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
