Annelie needs a guide into accounting - monthly calls
Annelie, a factory operator, is retraining for accounting and is looking for a mentor for monthly calls over three months.

I have worked as a factory operator for 7 years, and I'm 53. After the factory closing, I decided to move into accounting, and I have completed a part-time diploma.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my CV and LinkedIn profile, a realistic view of the job market in Eastern Cape, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
I hope life is good to you.

Thinking of you, Annelie. It takes guts to ask. Well done. My colleague had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Thinking of East London.
Stay strong, Annelie. Hope this works out for you!
