I have worked as a security guard for 15 years, and I'm 45. After a health scare, I decided to move into digital marketing, and I have completed an online certificate. What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my CV and LinkedIn profile, a realistic view of the job market in Maharashtra, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
