Calamba
Angel was diagnosed with stomach cancer in July. The oncology team at Calamba Regional Medical Center has planned 4 rounds of treatment, starting in October. She will be away from work for about 6 weeks. Angel is 26, worked as a bank teller until July, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Calamba Regional Medical Center 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders. I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes. Where the $1,700 goes: • Scans and lab work: $220 • Transport to Calamba Regional Medical Center: $100 • Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $1,380 If you're reading this, thank you. - Cesar
