Anderson's final semester of a nursing degree in Petrópolis

Anderson is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a nursing degree at Petrópolis State College, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a shop assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $500. The registrar has said Anderson can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Anderson has a distinction average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Anderson would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Anderson isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Petrópolis State College bursar's office.
