An agronomist's advice for Gianna's olive trees farm in Ohio
Looking for an agronomist or experienced grower to advise on yields that have halved for two seasons.
Anywhere in the world120 views
I farm 3 hectares of olive trees in Ohio. This season I'm dealing with yields that have halved for two seasons. I've tried what the local suppliers recommended, but results aren't improving.
I'm looking for an agronomist or experienced grower who can look at photos, soil-test results and my planting plan, and advise on what to change. A 30-minute call or exchange of messages would be fantastic.
I'm happy to share photos and a soil test. I'm using only what I can afford, so low-cost suggestions are best. I'll share how it goes - and what worked - to help others in the community.
Thanks for being kind about this.

Hope things get better soon, Gianna. Your post was clear and honest. My husband and I read this together. Blessings.
Thinking of you and your family, Gianna. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry.
Hope it all works out, Gianna. Hope this works out for you. I went through something like this 8 years ago and strangers helped me out. Thinking of Columbus.
