Allan needs my delivery van repaired to get back to work in San Fernando
Without my delivery van Allan cannot work; a $300 repair would put him back on the road.
🇵🇭 San Fernando, Pampanga, Philippines740 views
I make my living with my delivery van. 4 weeks ago the gearbox failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $300. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my younger brothers and sisters. Before the breakdown I worked twelve hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $300 goes:
• Towing and inspection: $25
• gearbox replacement (parts): $190
• Labor charges: $85
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Stay strong, Allan. Hope you get there. We're a small family in Los Angeles but we're thinking of you
Sending good thoughts. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Love from Tampa.
Thanks for sharing this. Small businesses are the heart of San Fernando. Hope you're open again soon. I'm in logistics myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Take care.
