Alice is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying an electrical engineering diploma at the Aurora Institute of Technology, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a tutor to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $4,300.
The registrar has said Alice can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Alice has a 3.9 average, and an academic advisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Alice would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Alice isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $4,300 goes:
• Exam and lab fees: $250
• Outstanding tuition balance: $2,850
• Final term tuition: $1,200
Every share and every dollar helps.

This could happen to any of us. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Love from Jodhpur!
how is Alice doing now?
Hope it all works out. Shared it with a few friends. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double.
education changes everything, hope you graduate with honors. I went through something like this 2 years ago and strangers helped me out.
Stay strong. Looking forward to the next update. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. God bless
Thanks for sharing this. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Blessings.
