I'm launching a cleaning company in Bordeaux next May. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a cleaning company, willing to have a monthly call for the first three months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
- effort
- 1 hour a month
- format
- Online or by phone
- skills
- small business experience, bookkeeping, pricing

I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. Sent it to 11 people at work
Take care, Alexandre. This could happen to any of us. Take care.
Best of luck. It takes guts to ask. Well done. My sister had a similar thing happen so this one hit home
wishing you the best, Alexandre. It takes guts to ask. Well done. It's not much but it's yours. Love from Denver.
Sending love, Alexandre. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. After 11 years in construction I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Thinking of Bordeaux.
