I have been offered a job as an apprentice electrician in Accra, starting in September. The job requires a steel-toe work boots, and I can't afford one. I have been unemployed for 10 weeks. A new or used one is welcome. If you have one sitting unused, That would really help. I'm a hard worker, with three references available. I can collect the item anywhere within 16 km of Accra. I'll take great care of it, and I'll return the favor by helping the next person in the same situation. I can arrange my own transport; please just let me know it's available. If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

Thinking of you, Adjoa. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Wish I lived closer to Jakarta so I could bring a meal.

    • Take care, Adjoa. Small businesses are the heart of Accra. Hope you're open again soon. Put this on a community board in Pune this morning. Greetings from Pune!

      • Rooting for you, Adjoa. Looking forward to the next update. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. All the best.

Keep going, Adjoa. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My husband and I read this together
