Accounting help for Mina, preparing for the board exam
Mina is working hard on accounting but can't afford a tutor; 2 hours a week until the board would help enormously.

My niece, Mina, is 11 and in Grade 11. Mina loves school but accounting has been a struggle since the school was closed during the strikes. The board exam is in December.
We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend an hour or two a week, in person in Kathmandu or online, for about twelve weeks.
Mina is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions.
If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in accounting, you could change the course of Mina's year.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Thinking of Kathmandu
Thanks for sharing this. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. All the best.
Thinking of you and your family. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too.
hope things get better soon, Januka. Looking forward to the next update. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Take care
Hope things get better soon. Your post was clear and honest. I went through something like this 5 years ago and strangers helped me out. Love from Howrah.
