Aaliyah needs my school-run minibus repaired to get back to work in Spanish Town
Without my school-run minibus Aaliyah can't work; a $450 repair would put her back on the road.

I make my living with my school-run minibus. 8 weeks ago the engine head gasket failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $450. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my 2 children. Before the breakdown I worked nine hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $450 goes:
• engine head gasket replacement (parts): $280
• Labor charges: $85
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $50
• Towing and inspection: $35
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

a colleague of mine might know someone for this in Saint Catherine. I'll ask around and let you know
Shared it with a few friends. Wish I lived closer to Dhaka so I could bring a meal. Thinking of Spanish Town.
wishing you the best, Aaliyah. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I'll check back for the next update.
