A working laptop for Travis's online degree in Manukau
Travis is studying public health on a phone; a used laptop would let Travis do assignments properly.

I'm Travis, a public health student in Manukau. My laptop broke 6 months ago and I've since been writing assignments and sitting online exams on my phone - it's slow, my work gets lost, and I'm falling behind.
I'm looking for a used laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a working battery, or any laptop that can run a browser and word processor reliably. I can cover shipping if you can send it, or collect in Manukau.
I'll take great care of it and be sure to share how my studies go. If you want to upgrade your own and have an old one in a drawer, you could make a big difference.
Thank you for reading my story.

wishing you peace, Travis. I hope things turn around soon. Wish I lived closer to Toronto so I could bring a meal.
As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. My mother had a similar thing happen so this one hit home
So sorry you're going through this, Travis. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. After 22 years in customer support I know how hard it's to ask for anything. God bless.
So sorry you're going through this, Travis. This could happen to any of us. Greetings from Los Angeles.
Wishing you peace, Travis. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Greetings from Geelong.

Keep going, Travis. Shared this with my family.
