A working laptop for Raúl's online degree in Bronx
Raúl is studying public health on a phone; a used laptop would let Raúl do assignments properly.

I'm Raúl, a public health student in Bronx. My laptop broke 5 months ago and I've since been writing assignments and sitting online exams on my phone - it's slow, my work gets lost, and I'm falling behind.
I'm looking for a used laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a working battery, or any laptop that can run a browser and word processor reliably. I can cover shipping if you can send it, or collect in Bronx.
I'll take great care of it and be sure to share how my studies go. If you want to upgrade your own and have an old one in a drawer, you could make a big difference.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Praying for you. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. After 27 years in construction I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Greetings from Pelotas.
Thanks for sharing this, Raúl. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier.
