A working laptop for Neema's online degree in Kampala
Neema is studying law on a phone; a used laptop would let Neema do assignments properly.

I'm Neema, a law student in Kampala. My laptop broke 6 months ago and I've since been writing assignments and sitting online exams on my phone - it's slow, my work gets lost, and I'm falling behind.
I'm looking for a used laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a working battery, or any laptop that can run a browser and word processor reliably. I can cover shipping if you can send it, or collect in Kampala.
I'll take great care of it and be sure to share how my studies go. If you want to upgrade your own and have an old one in a drawer, you could make a big difference.
Thank you for reading my story.

Hope it all works out. It takes guts to ask. Well done. After 12 years in hospitality I know how hard it's to ask for anything. God bless.
Best of luck, Neema. Your post was clear and honest
Rooting for you, Neema. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Put this on a community board in Dar es Salaam this morning. Thinking of Kampala
