A working laptop for Inés's online degree in San Francisco
A modest, working laptop is all that stands between Inés and a full online workload.

I'm Inés, a public health student in San Francisco. My laptop broke 7 months ago and I've since been writing assignments and sitting online exams on my phone - it's slow, my work gets lost, and I'm falling behind.
I'm looking for a used laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a working battery, or any laptop that can run a browser and word processor reliably. I can cover shipping if you can send it, or collect in San Francisco.
I'll take great care of it and be sure to share how my studies go. If you want to upgrade your own and have an old one in a drawer, you could make a big difference.
I hope life is good to you.

Keep going. I hope things turn around soon. We're a small family in Venice but we're thinking of you.
Sending good thoughts, Inés. Hope this works out for you. Take care.
Hang in there, Inés. Study hard! I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Thinking of San Francisco.
thinking of you, Inés. I hope things turn around soon. It's not much but it's yours.
thanks for sharing this. Looking forward to the next update. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Greetings from Toulon.
as a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. All the best!
