A working laptop for Ghada's online degree in Riyadh
A modest, working laptop is all that stands between Ghada and a full online workload.

I'm Ghada, an accounting student in Riyadh. My laptop broke 6 months ago and I've since been writing assignments and sitting online exams on my phone - it's slow, my work gets lost, and I'm falling behind.
I'm looking for a used laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a working battery, or any laptop that can run a browser and word processor reliably. I can cover shipping if you can send it, or collect in Riyadh.
I'll take great care of it and be sure to share how my studies go. If you want to upgrade your own and have an old one in a drawer, you could make a big difference.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

sending good thoughts, Ghada. Good luck with the exams, you've got this. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like.
Thanks for sharing this, Ghada. Shared it with a few friends
Hope things get better soon. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. I'm in logistics myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Love from Biratnagar.
Stay strong, Ghada. Gave what I could, wish it was more.

Hang in there. This could happen to any of us. Don't be hard on yourself for asking
Praying for you, Ghada. Your post was clear and honest.
Take care, Ghada. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Thinking of Riyadh.
Shared this with my family. After 22 years in farming I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Love from Mumbai.
Best of luck, Ghada. Study hard! I'll check back for the next update. Greetings from Multan.
