A working laptop for Eamon's online degree in Cork
Eamon is studying teaching on a phone; a used laptop would let Eamon do assignments properly.

I'm Eamon, a teaching student in Cork. My laptop broke 8 months ago and I've since been writing assignments and sitting online exams on my phone - it's slow, my work gets lost, and I'm falling behind.
I'm looking for a used laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a working battery, or any laptop that can run a browser and word processor reliably. I can cover shipping if you can send it, or collect in Cork.
I'll take great care of it and be sure to share how my studies go. If you want to upgrade your own and have an old one in a drawer, you could make a big difference.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

Wishing you peace, Eamon. Gave what I could, wish it was more. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. All the best.
Thinking of you and your family. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Sent it to 37 people at work. All the best.
