A working laptop for Afia's online degree in Accra
A modest, working laptop is all that stands between Afia and a full online workload.

I'm Afia, a business administration student in Accra. My laptop broke 6 months ago and I've since been writing assignments and sitting online exams on my phone - it's slow, my work gets lost, and I'm falling behind.
I'm looking for a used laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a working battery, or any laptop that can run a browser and word processor reliably. I can cover shipping if you can send it, or collect in Accra.
I'll take great care of it and be sure to share how my studies go. If you want to upgrade your own and have an old one in a drawer, you could make a big difference.

Good luck, Afia. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Put this on a community board in Mumbai this morning. All the best.
Hang in there, Afia. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Thinking of Accra
Hang in there, Afia. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Thinking of Accra.
Thanks for sharing this, Afia. I hope things turn around soon. I went through something like this 7 years ago and strangers helped me out. God bless.
keep going. I hope things turn around soon!
