A weekly visit for Wangari, 82, who lives alone in Nakuru
Looking for a friendly person in Nakuru to visit Wangari once a week.

I'm writing for my neighbor Wangari, who's 82. Wangari lives alone in Nakuru, and lost a lifelong friend last year. The nearest family lives a long flight away.
Wangari loves chess, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Tuesday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person.
All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience.
Thank you for reading my story.
