A weekly visit for Rukhsar, 93, who lives alone in Gujranwala

I'm writing for my neighbor Rukhsar, who's 93. Rukhsar lives alone in Gujranwala, and lost a spouse of many years last year. The nearest family lives several hours away. Rukhsar loves birdwatching, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Thursday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person. All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity. No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience. Glad we found this place.
