A weekly visit for Rasika, 90, who lives alone in Colombo
Looking for a friendly person in Colombo to visit Rasika once a week.

I'm writing for my neighbor Rasika, who's 90. Rasika lives alone in Colombo, and lost a spouse of many years last year. The nearest family lives a long flight away.
Rasika loves old films, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Monday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person.
All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
