A weekly visit for Patrizia, 85, who lives alone in Brescia

I'm writing for my neighbor Patrizia, who's 85. Patrizia lives alone in Brescia, and lost a son last year. The nearest family lives 261 kilometers away. Patrizia loves local history, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Sunday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person. All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity. No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience. Glad we found this place.
