A weekly visit for Nuria, 85, who lives alone in Ciudad de México

An hour a week, a chat, and a cup of tea - that's all Nuria is asking for.

I'm writing for my neighbor Nuria, who's 85. Nuria lives alone in Ciudad de México, and lost a sister last year. The nearest family lives on the other side of the country. Nuria loves birdwatching, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Sunday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person. All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity. No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience. Thank you so much.
