Looking for a friendly person in Dharan to visit Kamala once a week.

I'm writing for my neighbor Kamala, who's 76. Kamala lives alone in Dharan, and lost a lifelong friend last year. The nearest family lives on the other side of the country.
Kamala loves birdwatching, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Saturday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person.
All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience.
