I'm writing for my neighbor Jasper, who's 80. Jasper lives alone in Breda, and lost a sister last year. The nearest family lives a long flight away. Jasper loves old films, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Tuesday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person.
