A weekly visit for Cláudia, 73, who lives alone in Campinas

I'm writing for my neighbor Cláudia, who's 73. Cláudia lives alone in Campinas, and lost a son last year. The nearest family lives 238 kilometers away. Cláudia loves chess, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Wednesday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person. All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
