A weekly ride to the San Francisco Dialysis Unit for Annabelle
A rota of drivers to the San Francisco Dialysis Unit would keep Annabelle on treatment. Even one trip a week helps.

Annabelle has been on dialysis for 3 years and until recently drove to the San Francisco Dialysis Unit alone. After surgery on their hand, Annabelle can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 3 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 17 km each way.
Annabelle is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
Please say which day works for you in the comments.

Thinking of you. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I went through something like this 9 years ago and strangers helped me out. God bless.

Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My mother had a similar thing happen so this one hit home.
