A weekly ride to the Nairobi Dialysis Unit for Kimani
A rota of drivers to the Nairobi Dialysis Unit would keep Kimani on treatment. Even one trip a week helps.

Kimani has been on dialysis for 2 years and until recently drove to the Nairobi Dialysis Unit alone. After surgery on their hand, Kimani can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 4 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 33 km each way.
Kimani is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
Please say which day works for you in the comments.
I hope life is good to you.
- effort
- one weekly trip

Wishing you the best, Beatrice. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. After 9 years in farming I know how hard it's to ask for anything. All the best
