A weekly ride to the Curitiba Dialysis Unit for Cláudio
Could you drive Cláudio to the Curitiba Dialysis Unit on Thursday? A rota of 6 drivers is forming.
🇧🇷 80009-136, Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil808 views
Cláudio has been on dialysis for 1 years and until recently drove to the Curitiba Dialysis Unit alone. After an eyesight problem, Cláudio can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 3 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 34 km each way.
Cláudio is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
Please say which day works for you in the comments.
Thanks for being kind about this.
