A weekly ride to the Augsburg Kidney Centre for Jana
A rota of drivers to the Augsburg Kidney Centre would keep Jana on treatment. Even one trip a week helps.

Jana has been on dialysis for 2 years and until recently drove to the Augsburg Kidney Centre alone. After an eyesight problem, Jana can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 3 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 26 km each way.
Jana is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
Please say which day works for you in the comments.
Thanks for being kind about this.

Sending love. I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. I'll check back for the next update.
Sending good thoughts, Gabriele. I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. All the best.
You're not alone. Hope this works out for you. I went through something like this 5 years ago and strangers helped me out. Blessings
