A weekly ride to Surat General Hospital for Balaji
Balaji needs dialysis three times a week and has lost the ability to drive; volunteer drivers can each take one day.

Balaji has been on dialysis for 3 years and until recently drove to Surat General Hospital alone. After surgery on their hand, Balaji can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 3 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 30 km each way.
Balaji is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
Please say which day works for you in the comments.

I hope things turn around soon. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Greetings from Monterrey.
Keep going. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Blessings.
Wishing you the best. This could happen to any of us. Greetings from Birmingham.
