A weekly ride to Embakasi General Hospital for Omondi
Omondi needs dialysis three times a week and has lost the ability to drive; volunteer drivers can each take one day.

Omondi has been on dialysis for 4 years and until recently drove to Embakasi General Hospital alone. After surgery on their hand, Omondi can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 3 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 22 km each way.
Omondi is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
Please say which day works for you in the comments.

Wishing Omondi a smooth procedure and a full recovery. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. God bless.
Sending love. Wishing Omondi a smooth procedure and a full recovery. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Thinking of Embakasi
