After a stroke, I have been mostly housebound for 7 weeks. My family live far away, and the days can feel very long. I'm not looking for therapy - I've that covered - but for conversation. I'm hoping for someone who can call for about 30 minutes once a week whenever suits us both. I like podcasts, football and cooking, and can listen to anything. This can be from anywhere in the world as long as you speak English. We can arrange the calls through the platform, with email shared only when we're both comfortable. Thanks for even thinking about it. Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

  • Hang in there. I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Greetings from Thủ Đức.

    • thinking of you and your family, Rohan. I hope things turn around soon. All the best.

      • wishing you peace, Rohan. I hope things turn around soon. Don't be hard on yourself for asking!

        • Stay strong, Rohan. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. All the best.
