The Unity Language Café runs on volunteers and has no website; a designer or developer could help us reach more people.

The Unity Language Café is a small youth club in New Orleans that serves about 138 people each year. We've been running on word of mouth and social media, and we need a simple website with information, volunteer sign-up and a donate button. We have the content, logo and photos ready. We need someone who can design and build it, and show our volunteer how to update it. We'd estimate 20-30 hours of work. Ideally it should be fast on mobile, accessible, and use inexpensive hosting. We have a domain already. Please reply with a link to similar work. We can't pay, but we can offer a reference, a public thank-you, and a lot of thanks. I hope life is good to you.

    • Best of luck, Eleanor. This could happen to any of us.

      • Thinking of you and your family, Eleanor. Hope this works out for you. My colleague had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. All the best

        • Sending love, Eleanor. More neighborhoods should do this. Sent it to 11 people at work. All the best.

          • Thinking of you, Eleanor. Looking forward to the next update. After 16 years in farming I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Love from Amsterdam.

            • Rooting for you, Eleanor. It takes guts to ask. Well done. I hope July is when things finally get easier. Thinking of New Orleans.
