A used car in running condition would change everything for Camille
Camille has a job offer starting in three weeks but needs a used car in running condition to get there or do the work.

I have been offered a job as a tailor's apprentice in Quezon City, starting in three weeks. The job requires a used car in running condition, and I can't afford one. I have been unemployed for 4 weeks.
A new or used one is welcome. If you have one sitting unused, That would really help.
I'm a hard worker, with two references available. I can collect the item anywhere within 13 km of Quezon City.
I'll take great care of it, and I'll return the favor by helping the next person in the same situation.
I can arrange my own transport; please just let me know it's available.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
