A statistics tutor for Isamu, 16, who's falling behind
Isamu is working hard on statistics but can't afford a tutor; 2 hours a week until the university entrance would help enormously.

My nephew, Isamu, is 16 and in the final year of school. Isamu loves school but statistics has been a struggle since the school was closed during the strikes. The university entrance exam is in January.
We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend an hour or two a week, in person in Tokyo or online, for about ten weeks.
Isamu is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions.
If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in statistics, you could change the course of Isamu's year.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Thanks for sharing this. Shared this with my family. It's not much but it's yours. All the best.
Rooting for you, Masaru. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Take care
Stay strong, Masaru. Education changes everything, hope you graduate with honors. I have a 16 year old who wants to send good wishes too. Thinking of Tokyo.
I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Take care.
Stay strong. Looking forward to the next update. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. All the best.
good luck, Masaru. Hope you get there.
