A skate park for the Unity health centre yard: help our neighbors in Addis Ababa
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a skate park - we need $400 for materials.

For five years the neighborhood has asked for a skate park. This year a group of 17 volunteers, including local mothers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Unity health centre yard, but no funding.
We have received donated tools, and the remaining cost is $400.
It will serve about 305 people, including children, seniors and people with disabilities. We'll hold a build day in October and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.

• Permits and inspections: $20
• Safety equipment and signage: $20
• Materials: $360
