A skate park for the Union health centre yard: help our neighbors in Metz
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a skate park - we need $1,950 for materials.

For three years the neighborhood has asked for a skate park. This year a group of 13 volunteers, including local mothers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Union health centre yard, but no funding.
We have received donated soil and plants, and the remaining cost is $1,950.
It will serve about 312 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in November and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $1,950 goes:
• Safety equipment and signage: $320
• Materials: $1,250
• Tools hire and delivery: $380

Quick update: $372 raised so far (19%). the plan for safety equipment and signage is now scheduled. Receipts coming as soon as I have them.
