A skate park for the Maple community hall: help our neighbors in Alcalá de Henares
A community-led a skate park at the Maple community hall that will serve 519 neighbors.

For twelve years the neighborhood has asked for a skate park. This year a group of 17 volunteers, including the parish youth group, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Maple community hall, but no funding.
We have received donated tools, and the remaining cost is $1,250.
It will serve about 519 people, including children, seniors and people with disabilities. We'll hold a build day in November and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $1,250 goes:
• Materials: $600
• Permits and inspections: $210
• Safety equipment and signage: $160
• Tools hire and delivery: $280
